it's funny and sad.
dunno if das is getting desperate, or doing well and have the luxury to have some fun.
what they are doing there, is borderline lying. I don't know who wrote it, if it's intentional or ignorant.

but actually, i know for a fact that there are people actually believe it.
Kinesis Advantage2 Keyboard is now on amazon!
the Advantage2's key macro/layout feature is truly superb. It has a embeded flash drive! You can open/mount it in OS without needing special driver/software. All key macros and layouts are stored as plain text files, you can simply edit and reload! This is in addition to creating macro/layout by pressing the special progm key.
I'll be writing more about this feature in detail in coming days.

Keyboardio Review (updated with glorious photos)
keybinding design is linear programing problem
yesterday i realized formally, that keybinding design is a linear programing problem. 100 variables and constraints.
- you have about 60 to 110 key spots.
- control key must only be in certain places. else can't work.
- control key is mostly used with a set X of keys, but not other. e.g. copy paste open new keys.
- this set X must be in a spot that works with ctrl as chord hand can do.
- you want just 1 control key if possible, to save key spots.
- each keyspot has a score, corresponding to hand physiology.
- each keyspot score varies by keyboard and person.
- some key has sequential function, such as menu and alt key.
- key's cmd has a frequency profile. it varies by person and OS/App.
you want to maximize the overall score, which is the sum of product of key's ease score and its command frequency.
ergodox caused thumb pain
there's this guy, who used ergodox for a year and developed pain in the base of his thumb for the space key. See

the only main point of menu key, is Microsoft ergonomic keyboard, has it big on the right side. Truly great. This is a big point because they made the key very promenent and easy to use, and, their keyboard is one of the best and best seller of ergonomic keyboards by far.
that's about the situation of the menu key.

Google Chrome version 52 stopped using ⌫ Backspace for going to previous page. When you press that, it displays a message telling you to use Alt+← instead.
