Note that, back in 2017, Microsoft's js doc is excellent. Professionally written. While mozilla mdn's js tutorial is filled with errors, and misleading stuff. Like typical open source wiki. (today, mdn's js tutorial, is still not very good. It's good, and only resource, for for latest js html css changes and practices)

about 10 years ago, there's something happened to mdn. eg microsoft removed their own js doc and all mega corp points to just mdn. was there some corp agreement or something of this incident?

Yes, in Oct 2017 Microsoft (with Google, Samsung, W3C) publicly agreed to consolidate web docs on MDN. They redirected 7,700+ MSDN pages there as the canonical browser-agnostic reference for JS, HTML, CSS and Web APIs. Formed MDN Product Advisory Board too. Goal: end fragmentation.
Not secret—announced on MS Edge blog. MDN (since 2005) became the default hub. Docs quality has improved via community + that effort.
