- The lang creators are usually not lang design experts. e.g. dunno any programing language theory.
- They just happens to create one. e.g. python php ruby... i'd venture to claim more but can become offensive sans heavy research.
- some are experts in that they designed several langs.
- while there are quite experts, never created one, but have solid expertise. e.g. know lang history well.
