Emacs: Make Form Feed Character Obsolete

this is the year, let's make formfeed obsolete.

the formfeed character is nasty, still used in emacs lisp code.

now, systematically remove all emacs formfeed in my code to ==========

• Emacs Form Feed ^L Problems
• Emacs: Form Feed ^L (Page Break)

But basically, remove ALL formfeed in your code. 30 years ago, it's the proper way. 20 years ago, it's rare. 10 years ago, it's dinosaur. Today is a date to call it obsolete.
