- company-mode. the pop up is a hack. it is based on elisp overlay. It it uses the minibuffer, then i would like it much better.
- yasnippet. i don't think it is necessary, once you learn about emacs abbrev. And, i don't like yasnippet because it almost always has these “stops” that limits free cursor movement.
