Microsoft Cites ErgoEmacs!

By Xah Lee. Date:

I am lucky today. Microsoft introduce a new language yesterday, TypeScript, as open source project. (See: Microsoft's TypeScript Will Kill CoffeeScript and Dart!) Microsoft also actually provided extensions for {emacs, vim, Sublime Text}. See: [Sublime Text, Vi, Emacs: TypeScript enabled! By Olivier Bloch. At http://blogs.msdn.com/b/interoperability/archive/2012/10/01/sublime-text-vi-emacs-typescript-enabled.aspx , accessed on 2012-10-03 ]. Then, in the emacs file, it mentioned my tutorial on installing emacs packages!

Thank you Microsoft.

Also much thanks to David Capello [https://davidcapello.com/] for mention and support and much work and support on ErgoEmacs. (See this drawing of ErgoEmacs mascot by David: ErgoEmacs Logo.)
