Logitech G9X Gaming Mouse
Logitech G9X gaming mouse came out in August, 2009. Discontinued as of .
Features:
- Wired
- Laser tracking.
- 9 programable buttons. But actually just the thumb 2 are practical for customization. The others have useful default purposes.
- Scroll wheel can be set to notched or smooth, however, the switch is at the bottom. So, it's not practical.
- On-board memory. (5 profiles for storage of settings)
- Instant sensitivity (DPI) change.
G9X is upgraded version of G9. The only difference between G9 and G9X is they have DPI of 3200 vs 5000. DPI doesn't matter. See: What is Mouse DPI? Does DPI Matter? .
- The G9X comes with detachable shells. 2 of them, of different sizes. You can attach or detach. In general, i prefer mouse to be small. I'm claw gripper, and i have small, thin, hands.
- The G9X and G500 both comes with attachable weight. If you must have heavy mouse, they are for you. I prefer my mouse to be as light as possible.
