i just thought about the drawing cube edge elegant order problem. So, a cube has a cube group S4. So, the problem is simply defining and finding the order of elements of S4. And in general, given a symmetry group, how should we define a order of its elements? what's most elegant? what's most useful? Now, with this understood, it's much easier to search existing literature for the answer.
