i have a webcam recommendation, on this page Logitech C920 Webcam Review however, i never got it. (never got a new webcam yet) but i looked at many amazon reviews. For $60 price range, this seems good. no problem with autofocus.

i think it's also used to detect wifi, spy recorder, gps bug, etc. you have to dig and find the right one.
